How To Choose The Right Size
Bigger front wheels turn heads but need the right fender, tire and hardware to fit and ride correctly. Standard fronts (19–23″ × 3–3.75) are the easiest upgrades and keep handling close to stock. Big-front conversions (23–30″) deliver maximum presence and are best done as a complete kit so the fender line, tire clearance and brake fitment all work together. Fat fronts (18–23″ × 5.5) add a wide, muscular tire footprint — plan on the correct fender and front-end setup for a clean result. When in doubt, buying a matched package is far easier than sourcing parts piece by piece.
Fitment By Model
A quick reference for the most common Harley touring and Softail platforms.
| Model | Common Front Sizes | Notes |

| Street Glide / Road Glide | 19″, 21″, 23″ standard or 18–23″ fat front | Most popular platform — bolt-on ready with the right kit. |
| Road King | 19″, 21″, 23″ | Classic profile pairs beautifully with a 21″ or 23″ front. |
| Electra Glide / Ultra | 19″, 21″, 23″ | Touring fairing looks sharp behind a big front wheel. |
| Softail / Fat Boy | 18–21″ fat, 21–23″ standard | Fat fronts and big-wheel kits both fit with the correct parts. |
